This policy explains how Quick Soluções de TI Ltda ("Quick Solutions AI") handles the personal data you send through this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

    Quick Soluções de TI Ltda, based in Praia Grande (SP), Brazil. For anything about personal data, including as data protection officer, write to contato@quicksolutions-ai.com.

  2. 02What data we collect

    Through the contact form: name, email, company (optional) and the message you write.

    When you reach us by email or WhatsApp: the data you send in the conversation.

    Technical access logs (such as IP address and browser), kept by the site host for security.

    To measure site usage, we count visits in an aggregated, anonymous way with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. This site does not use advertising cookies.

  3. 03What we use it for

    To reply to your message, schedule the conversation, understand your needs and prepare a proposal.

    To keep the site secure and prevent form abuse.

    We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

  4. 04Legal basis

    Pre-contractual steps at your request (LGPD art. 7, V), to reply and prepare the proposal.

    Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) for site security.

  5. 05Who we share it with

    Only providers that run the site on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase) and notification email (Resend).

    These providers may process data outside Brazil. In that case, the transfer follows the safeguards of LGPD art. 33, such as data protection contract clauses.

  6. 06How long we keep it

    For as long as the business conversation lasts and up to 2 years after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Data from a signed contract follows that contract's legal retention periods.

  7. 07Your rights

    At any time you may ask for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and review of this policy (LGPD art. 18).

    You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

    We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to contact data and providers with recognized security practices.
